4. Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to be updated.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, import duties, VAT, and taxes may apply upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are determined by local customs authorities and are the sole responsibility of the customer. SimplyVirtues has no control over these fees and cannot predict the amount charged by customs.
If you refuse to pay customs duties and the package is returned, SimplyVirtues reserves the right to deduct any incurred return shipping costs from your refund.
6. Customs Delays
Customs processing times vary by country and may cause unexpected delays. SimplyVirtues is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance and cannot expedite the process.
7. Address Errors & Non-Deliverable Shipments

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned, the customer will be responsible for the cost of reshipment.

If a package is marked as delivered but not received, the customer must contact the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. SimplyVirtues is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they are marked as delivered.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at info@simplyvirtues.com within 14 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and determine a resolution.
